Spent my New Year's Eve here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us a late checkout. Loved that there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel, such a yummy dinner. , the hotel's strategic location made it easy to get around and explore Jakarta. The family room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family.

The bathroom was rather outdated and could use some renovations. , the AC was a bit noisy and kept waking us up at night.

Such GREAT staff and the skyline view room were the key features! Right by national monument. Services included hotspot internet. Kelapa Gading district won't disappoint you.
